Engaging in mindfulness helps to reduce anxiety, balance emotions, improve self-regulation, self-awareness, communication and relationships with children. Other benefits include improved focus and concentration, improved sleep and behavior and tools to de-stress and resolve conflict.
This 3 day camp offers the morning session for Ages 5-8 and the afternoon session for Ages 9-12. Mindfulness Coach and former Classroom teacher, Laura Lawrence, will teach mindfulness through music, movement, literacy, nature, art, guided visual imagery and more. There will also be some special guest presenters who will be joining us!
Camp Registration Fee is $75/child for all 3 half-days. Individual camp day fee available for $30/child. This includes any supplies needed and activities offered. Space is limited to 10 participants for each age category so please register early to save your child’s spot!
